"I once played in a black metal band"

Well, with the above statement you can say that it would not help you in many situations, for example: use "I once played in a black metal band" while meeting women in a bar: or even "I once played in a black metal band" to the parents of the girl you ended up meeting: yet again "I once played in a black metal band" at a job interview.
Well you can laugh all you want...truly, you can stop now. Now, the time has come to tell you guys, "I once played in a black metal band", a very good Chilean band called Hetroertzen (www.hetroertzen.com) I had the time of my life. We toured parts of Chile during 2003 (Valparaiso, Valdivia, Concepcion, Puerto Varas etc.) Staying at cheap hotels, cheap transport (one bus caught on fire and the other leaked urine on my backpack) and getting payed nothing, true rock n roll expirience. Many people don´t really understand why dressing up in leather, make up, blood and ear ripping music can attract people...and it is a good question that I have not been able to give myself a reasonable answer after more than 15 years listening to heavy stuff...the only thing that I can say is that it feels right.
